Excellent quality! My daughters noticed the difference with the first bite, exclaiming, "Wow! This is SO good!!" Also very nice people--very organized and professional, but down to earth and willing to answer questions and help their community.

Just cooked up the first of my beef, sausage, and eggs from Nature's Gourmet Farm, and it is all much healthier and cleaner tasting than what I'm used from the grocery store. Went to visit the farm, and it's a good operation, run by good people, who are very good to their animals.

If you are looking for clean meat this isn't it. Was at a local meeting when Mr. Simmons was getting started, he explainedd how he used Sanderson Farms chicken manure to fertilize his pastures for multiple years to prepare them and then keep them green and lush for his cattle. Commercial manure is ripe with Arsenic and multiple other toxins that never leave the soil. I tried to discuss it with him but he just makes excuses. I would not recommend anything grown on this farm.

When we first began farming, we made some errors in judgment based on what many other farms were doing. We have changed our farming practices and have not used chicken waste products on our fields since 2015. We plant many different grasses, legumes, and brassicas for our animals to enjoy and thrive on as well as use this plant biology to feed the soil. We also no longer cut hay off our fields, keeping all the nutrients in the soil.
