Tensi and Keefe grow some of the most beautiful produce in the local area. My bag of baby greens was tender, prewashed, and ready to tumble into a huge salad bowl. Beets, carrots, radishes, lettuce, and onions went out on the first CSA this year. The CSA is definitely worth it. With the hoop houses and early starts, LPF may have some of the earliest tomatoes. Keefe is a chef and seems happy to talk about recipes. I was really impressed by the rows of colorful veggies. The farm is neat and tidy. It is close to Marquette, which is great if you want to call ahead and pick up some produce.
