Evan, the owner, is as humble & kind as he is educated in the processes of running an organic vegetable farm. With years of experience outside our borders and here at home working on the renown Henry's Farm, I cannot wait to see what bounty of vegetables we're going to receive this year! His affinity for farming in a way that's good for the earth, the plants, and inevitably for us is as exciting to me as it is to see Evan's enthusiasm for his endeavors on the farm, in order to create a better, sustainable community.

If you want great, local, sustainable vegetables and you want the convenience of picking them up locally, right here in the Peoria area, look no further! This is bound to be a smash hit, and I could think of no other person that I would want to invest in for a return that not only benefits me, but benefits this community tremendously.
