Ordered Comfrey root online, entered my CC info. Never received a response from the farm. Finally called the farm directly after 2 months and the woman that answered sounded pretty frazzled. She said she couldn't get to my order even after she charged my credit card and received my payment. She suggested I cancel my order and she would issue a refund. It's been two weeks and still no communication or refund. Just left a message and hope to get my money back. How ridiculous is this. What a joke. Seriously, if you advertise a product and actually charge me for it, send it. It's really not that hard to do. Pretty pissed off. Get off Local Harvest if you are unable to fulfill orders. I respect Local Harvest and their service. Panther Rock Farm is dragging them down and doesn't deserve to be part of the website in any way. I send thousand of packages out a year and it's not that difficult to handle. Get off Local Harvest Panther Rock Farm. You suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
