I am a licensed massage therapist. I purchased this item because the ingredients are pure, and I was looking to have a product with arnica in it for use on particularly sore muscles. I got the 4oz container with the lavender & rose geranium scent. It completely exceeded my expectations. The smell is fantastic, and the consistence is perfect for massage or just manual rubbing into the skin. I wish I had purchased more the first time. My next order will be at least one of the eight-ounce containers. I wish the price were lower, but it is my understanding that the arnica that is used in the product is sustainably wild-harvested, and I cannot find anything to match its quality. Wind River Herbs also sells essential oils of extremely high quality.
