Fondy's have a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. If don't know the vegetables, all you have to do is ask the vendors. They are very helpful. Love this place. I go there quit often.

Fondy Farmers Market provides wonderful, seasonal foods grown by caring farmers and talented food artisans. They serve a part of Milwaukee that is experiencing Food Renaissance amidst a food desert. Executive Director Young Kim is a rock star among a growing list of salt-of-the-earth, really cool, heart of gold, food rock stars in Milwaukee including Will Allen, Sharon Adams and Jim Godsil.

Fondy supports getting great fresh food into the lower income inner city part of Milwaukee. They have been innovative and really try to work with farmers growing food in the city (rooftop gardens, vacant lots etc.)

Good covered roof, culturally diverse farmers and shoppers, many of the farmers have been there for years

Diverse shoppers, diverse vendors, diverse produce! Great selection of produce, especially if you are an adventurous cook who likes to experiment with ethnic cuisines. Lots of on-of-a-kind and hard-to-find stuff.
