When my wife and I first moved to middle Tennessee we made it a point, and still do, of visiting local farms and purchasing products from them. Kevin and Mikki Krause gladly gave us an in-depth tour and were very open about their farm and their methods of raising livestock. All the animals were out on pasture and/or forest as they mention, and all were in great condition. The pork we purchased was excellent! They are two of the nicest folks you'll ever meet and if you get the chance I highly suggest visiting them at their farm or at the Columbia, TN Farmer's Market.
