I like the people but the selection is limited and what is available is a bit pricey compared to markets, but I am all in favor of supporting my local farms and businesses.

Not only do I love to support our local farmers I also love how many of these farmers have restored old farms within Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Everyone is friendly and there is a wide assortment of produce, bread, eggs and other food treasures. I often leave with items I didn't plan to purchase but they are simply too good to pass up.

There is a community spirit that flows throughout this market that others don't seem to have. The events, the farmers efforts to bring their best produce, the care for the environment - all make this a special place to go, shop, learn and enjoy.

Great local produce, meat and vegetables - vendors that are passionate about their products - the wonderful staff and volunteers from the Countryside Conservancy and Cuyahoga Valley National Park and of course the wonderful setting. If you are there at the right time, you even get to see the CVSR chuy by. Nothing beats a Saturday morning at the Countryside Farmer's Market!!!!!!

Both locations are in beautiful outdoor settings; the Peninsula location always has cooking demos and live music; both sites have a wide selection of produce, meats and products; going to these markets is a pleasure.

As a chef, I like to know about my food. This market is a great opportunity to get to know the people that are growing the food that your are buying. Knowing the producer allows me to drive the local and fresh message to my customers.

This market is phenomenol. It is located in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and due to the Countryside Conservancy's work in bringing back the farming experience and helping these farmers as well as other local vendors bring their product to market. It helps to remind the public about the importance of farming and locally grown products.

The main focus and mission has been to support local producers as well as educate the public about healthier food options, which the Conservancy has done a wonderful job on both. At the same time, despite the growth of the market, the quality and diversity of items available and the community feel and friendliness of the vendors has been always been of equal importance.

Real farmers and food producers. Best "fresh" selection around. Not a 'crafts' or 'flea' market. Lots of committed volunteers and staff who truly understand the purposes of farmers markets! A weekly pleasure for us!

Great, local produce from superb farmers & artisan vendors. Vendors are friendly and helpful, and clearly take pride in what they do. The Sat market is great with the shade this year, and the Thursday market is perfect for a quick trip after work. And, the Conservancy is a wonderful organization that supports farmers wherever they are in their farming endeavor from beginning to retiring.

Farmers are friendly, willing and eager to share fresh produce and to give me advice on my own produce garden. They return year after year and I feel that they have a part of my life when they fondly remember me each summer
