The meat is delicious -- by far the best local beef available in the D/FW area. I have puchased from this family three times now, and every time I have been greeted like an old friend. I consider myself a loyal customer of Elm Fork Ranch and would recommend them to anyone.

My mom, whose 90 and a real rascal, and i were surfing the internet looking for some clean beef for dinner. We came upon the Elm Fork Ranch owned by Ken and Jan Dickson and gave him a call. There he was just as nice a person as i could ask for. Told us to come on over and he would fix us up, so we jumped in the car and dashed to his ranch. And was it beautiful! He invited us in, showed us around the property, the garden and met the cows. Gave us lots of information about his process which pleased us. We got to talkin about his roots and found out that we had mutual friends. Go figure! We bought the beef and it's thawing now...got to run...dinner time. Thanks Ken, mom and i had a wonderful time and visit to your ranch. Susan and Betsy

My husband, son and our neighbors went out to Elm Fork Ranch today. The owners were so friendly and the meat prices were very reasonable. They invited us into their home and answered all our questions about their gardens and the meat processing. They sent us home with free veggies!! We will definitely be going back and recommended this place to our friends. Call before you go to see what is available and if they are home.
