Since 2009, I've had the time and fortuity to volunteer wherever/whenever I chose. In that year my wife & I joined Reheboth's CSA and still remain affiliated. Most recently, in 2014, I volunteered 3 days a week (10-12 hrs/wk) because I admire the effort and energy, knowledge and commitment, generosity and thoroughness that Beth and Tony invest in their enterprise, whether it be eggs, vegetables, flowers, chickens, email posts, Wholeshare, farmers' market, or church. Besides these benefits that Reheboth proffers, volunteering there has its own personal rewards--being outside, working with my hands, learning, doing, helping. I'm fortunate to have found this gem.

Rehoboth Homestead was my first experience with a CSA. The vegetables are fresh and delicious and the prices are reasonable. It was a wonderful opportunity to try new vegetables and Beth is always very helpful with recipes and ideas on how to prepare them. I have been a member for four years and it just keeps getting better.

I have had a CSA share through Rehoboth for 2 years now. I initially signed up with this farm because of the affordable small share option. I stayed with them the following season because not only did I find that I was getting a great deal on produce, but also the farm was able to provide additional items to supplement shares when the weather/crops did not cooperate. Overall it is a great value!

Our first experience with a CSA was at Rehoboth Homestead. It was an exciting happening; well organized with fresh veggies, herbs and flowers each time we went.

I learned to cook in new ways with veggies I had never tried before. The tried and true veggies (such as tomatoes and cabbage) were definitely fresher than store bought - no comparison. Beth was always joyful and ready to help.

My husband and I considered the venture to the Homestead "date night"... as when we return home, together we washed and processed all that we had loaded up. It was fun.

The cost is more than worth it and I found I really saved money. Each Friday I filled up several bags with a wonderful variety of colorful produce. It really helped me to eat more and varied veggies. The tomatoes were wonderful! All different colors and varieties. I also purchased eggs and chicken for an extra charge. They are pricey, but it is worth it to me to know where they came from, not to mention the taste! I saw with my own eyes that these are happy, healthy chickens with plenty of space to roam and act like chickens! Beth is very nice, knowledgable and helpful. It felt good to support a local farmer rather than a huge farm from California or Mexico! Im also looking forward to sharing more recipes this summer.

I enjoyed 'shopping' for my vegetables at Beth's. My favorites were the cabbages - everything was always fresh and interesting.

Last year was our first experience with a CSA and we enjoyed it tremendously. We became vegetarians, mostly vegans actually, nearly 2 years ago so this is wonderful and introduced us to some veggies we don't normally buy. It is very convenient for us as we live right down the street and I love taking my bags and coming back with a bounty of veggies! Beth always had things well organized and was helpful and informative. I'd like to see more recipes shared. We're looking forward to this summer's crop.

I believe my favorite aspect of the CSA was that I was exposed to a wide variety of organic vegetables, as well as herbs. The newsletters provided recipes and information about the week's share. Beth was always very nice and informative. I am anxiously awaiting this year's crop.
