We have known Justin and Kate Adams since 2016, when they first began improving their new farm in Princeton. Their pastures already contain a wide diversity of forages, which they are improving yearly. They have cared for many of our cattle, doing a very good job of contract grazing, while learning how to use livestock to improve the quality of the soils and plants on their farm. We are very happy to see that they are diversifying with pastured poultry, and look forward to sampling more of their products.
