it is a necessary part of our community....locally grown produce sales support our local farmers...we need to keep farms in our area..

It's getting harder and harder to find quality produce in the grocery stores. I don't trust that they're not irradiated. Local farming isn't something I'm able to do myself, except for maybe lettuce and tomatoes, so I definitely support the farmers'market in Malone.

I love going there during season to get fresh produce, etc. Wish we had a longer season but I enjoy it while we do.

At the top of the US with one short growing season -- our market has the personality and the diversity (Yankee, FrenchCanadian,Amish) to make every visit an adventure----AND the Veggies, fruits, herbs, meat, honey, syrup, bread ,herbs, eggs,FLOWERS, ... be still my heart!

The biggest raspberries you've ever seen, an amazing array of fresh herbs, homegrown beef and lamb. Also, you're sure to meet a friend or two while there. Wish all shopping was like the Farmers' Market!

Local is so helpful on so many levels - saves on gas, time, energy; allows for neighborly renewal time, as well as time to make new friends. Malone continues to grow and share.
