Sturgeon Bay is part of Door County, a vacation destination, but the Saturday morning Farmer's Market is a time for locals to socialize and for visitors to experience a taste of local community life. Sample locally made bratwurst, cheese, maple syrup, jams and pastries or have a crepe fresh off the griddle filled with Door County cherries. Collect various veggies to toss on the grill. Savor the season's new potatoes and sweet corn. Grab a bunch of basil and heirloom cherry tomatoes for a caprese salad. Add a new plant to your perennial garden, find a boutique birdhouse or twig table. Enjoy the variety of hand crafted jewelry. Meet new friends, including one of the many well-behaved canines who walk their owners through the market.

Sturgeon Bay Farmers' Market is the best in the area: top produce, homemade preserves and crafts, always well attended and the Saturday community meeting place for residents and visitors alike.

As the most accessible and popular farmers market in Door County, our market is not only critical for local residents and businesses - but also our millions of tourists!
