I've been to the Roach Family Farm and I've seen how the pigs and cattle and goats are raised - on enormous pastures, in family groups. The beef and pork (haven't tried the goat) are fantastic, so flavorful, great in every recipe I've used it in. You can buy it at the Madison Farmers' Market.
