I recently tasted a steak and ground meat from a lamb raised by James & Bekah of Ironheart Ranch. The steak was wonderfully delicious with absolutely no mutton flavor at all. It was also extremely tender and juicy. The ground was of equal quality and delicious! The steaks are small, of course, because they process their lambs at a young age, which likely helps with the lack of the strong flavor typically of lamb. I highly recommend trying their meats. I have almost a whole animal ordered now being shipped to west Texas. The delicious, tender flavor of grass raised and fed lamb is well worth the effort and the cost. Thank you, James & Bekah, for providing such a healthy and natural product!
