The chicken backs in the supermarket are VERY skimpy these days. The sides are cut off, and the little butt at the end is always gone!! I searched the internet and found New Hartford Farm Co. OMG!! They have the absolute BEST chicken backs. They were HUGE, MEATY & it had my favorite BUTT part attached!! They were packaged beautifully and delivered ON TIME!! Look no further, folk's. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!! I'm one HAPPY camper!
