2022 will be my 9th vintage using Jim's fruit to make my homemade wine. Jim truly knows his grapes and how to harvest at the peak for each varietal. He can delivered the grapes any way you want (Cluster, Must or Juice) Jim's grapes have always been at the peak sugar vs acidity balance for that year. So I have had to do little to no balancing, which Jim happily gives suggestions on every delivery. So every batch has turned out better than expected and I get compliments that my wine tastes professionally made.

Jim is a wealth of wine making knowledge and is both a delight to work with and a very reliable supplier.
