I was so thrilled to learn about Kaki's herb farm. I went to a class she held to learn about how the herbs effect us when we consume them. I learned a lot and am still learning. I love the ultimate adaptogens, digestive bitters, and lion heart elixir. Clinical Traditions also has regionally adapted plant starts which helps keep my garden full of interesting herbs for tea and beauty!
