It's friendly, diverse, supports local CT farmers who present lovely and very fresh produce, offers outstanding baked goods (including a gluten-free baker!) and a good range of well-made crafts AND it is family and dog-friendly. What more could you ask for . . . except for perfect weather every Sunday. The many dedicated volunteers deserve a huge thanks.

What's not to support? Fresh local ingredients, education, entertainment, a wholesome environment of community that supports the local vendors. It's not just a place to do your shopping. It's like a community event, a block party. This is how Coventry Regional Farmers Market makes me feel, and I only read their posts on Facebook. I can't wait to see how I feel when I get there.

I grew up in Coventry and have been very pleased to have a reason to make it a Sunday destination , where I meet friends and family and new friends on Sunday Mornings. Warm, inviting, fabulous vendors and a huge commitment from the organizers make it a must-go place to be. I drive almost an hour to go back and it's worth it. Thanks for bringing my hometown to the rest of the area and allowing me to give my new friends a reason to visit Coventry and it's amazing Farmer's Market.

There is no reason not to support Coventry's Regional Farmer's Market. The Farmers' market concept is critical to our survival and livelihood. It is important to support local, organic and independent businesses to aid in our economy and to get back what the country stands for. That was the American Dream, not what is has become as a monopoly in corporate America. Absolutley, I would support any farmers market over a corporate distribution. Thank you
