I have accompanied my father on some of his trips to Caprine Delight and enjoyed the neighborly feeling, the picturesque farm - and the delicious goat's milk and huge organic eggs! I've also sampled their aged goat's milk cheese ... a rare treat.

Candy's artisan cheeses are beyond description. The amount of hard work and dedication she puts into her process really shows in the high quality of the finished products.

The animals are treated wonderfully!

Stopped in at Candy's Caprine Delight farm for the first time last week.. Bought a 12 oz. block of General's Caraway goat milk cheese. THIS IS THE BEST CHEESE I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! semi-soft, but sliceable, savory, rich, out of this world tasty good. Great for on salads or a slice or two with an apple or avocado. I will never buy industrial factory made cheese again. It is strictly Candy's goat cheese for me forever!

I have to supplement my breast milk and goat's milk was recommended. Goats milk is of good quality and Candy was very friendly and knowledgeable about the goats milk formula recipe to use. (which was also recommended by a local natural food store)

I have been buying their goat's milk for quite a while. It is extremely fresh and so creamy. I visit twice a month and am really hard pressed to buy my goats milk anywhere else. It seems to last longer (stay fresher) than store bought goats milk. I can only think it is due to how long store bought sits on the shelf. Candy is very helpful and I love seeing the baby goats out by the barn. Excellent milk! I will try the feta per the suggestion of the other posts. Keep up the awesome products Candy. Cynthia Henry

The feta cheese really is a huge treat. So is the yogurt, honey, maple syrup, eggs and all the other good stuff you have to offer. It's been much too long since I visited. I need to do it soon! This place truly is a piece of heaven!

I just wanted to let you know that I think your Feta Cheese is the best I've had. It was like I was transported back to the early 1960's sitting in my Armenian grandma's kitchen at Lake Huron. I still drink my coffee as she made if for me when I was only 6 years old - half milk/half coffee. The only thing missing from this morning's breakfast was the Black Greek Olives that my grandmother used to put on my buttered toast with the slice of Feta. What a delight to know your farm is just down the road!

If this were a MasterCard commercial, it would end with the word.... priceless :)
