They always have wonderful items that are locally grown so I know my money is staying in the area. The vendors also donate portions of their crops to needy people in the area, another winner on my list!

The Muskogee Farmers Market provides fresh vegetables, fruits, homemade baked goods, candles, herbs, live plants, native wines, etc. It is a community of friendly vendors and buyers in a central location. Often we have cooking contests, live musics, informational booths etc. The special events such as grilling vegetables, salsa contest, etc. are great social and educational activities. The Muskogee Farmers Market is a fun, healthy place!

The produce is fresher than what is available at local grocery stores especially the giant corporate store. The vendors are friendly and customer focused. It makes for an enjoyable Saturday morning visit.

It is important to support local farmers to ensure the future of the American food source. In this global world it is important not to buy all of our food from outside the United States.

Our Market is a fun place, with good things to eat and special entertainment. The wide variety of fresh produce encourages people to develop healthier eating habits by buying fresh and buying local. The Market is a great asset to our community. It helps local farmers and vendors showcase their products as well as being a wonderful tourist attraction.

the fruits and veggies are locally grown. The cattle, goats and hogs are locally grown and grass fed. The director, Doug Walton, is a very hard worker and doing a fabulous job at attracting new vendors and making special days like Grill Crazy and Salsa tasting day. It is my social hour of the week, as I see a number of people I know.
Thank you for this opportunity to rate my Farmer's Market, they're the best!

I support Muskogee's Farmers Market because there's always a good variety of fresh garden vegetables and lots of friendly vendors. Plus, there's plenty of "homemade" items made with natural ingredients that I not only purchase for my own use, but as great little gifts for friends.

We have the nicest people, lots of growers, fresh eggs, meat, wines, music almost every weekend and Saturday at Muskogee Farmer's Market has become what old fashioned downtown promenades used to be - everyone comes to see their friends.

Locallay produced foods and crafts give downtown shoppers a healthful variety of choices and support the Muskogee economy. They have seen sales nearly triple in the last three years.

Its, FRESH FRESH FRESH!, nothing beats the taste of fresh produce, and the Amish also come and sells their goods. Its a wonderful thing to help your local farmers, stay organic. I wouldnt know what to do if we were to lose our farmers market......
