a) Late Spring/Summer (May 18 through August 3) a box of produce every week for 12 weeks. Pick-up either at the farm or at the Dahlonega Farmers Market where we will be selling this year on Saturday and Tuesday every week. $300 ($150 by February 22th, and again by May 11th) b) A late Summer/Fall (August 10-through-October 26) 12-week plan is also available ($150 by June 15, and again by August 3).
Canning kitchen/classroom support: We need 10 people committing $250 ($125 by February 22; 125 by May 11). As with the farming, will keep our account books for the canning kitchen/classroom open and posted on-line for you to see exactly how your support helps to facilitate our plans. Your support will help us build our structure and purchase a stainless steel sink and stove. We'll make some of best tomato sauce together for us to share, and Sayuri will give you a two cooking workshops too.
