We raise All Natural Beef. It is grass fed with a supplement of Non GMO vegetables that are mixed with hay and fed free choice. The vegetables were going to a landfill before we started using them.

The Beef is Dry Aged for 21 days to enhance Flavor and Tenderness. We can sell sides or individual Packages of Beef including Hamburger, Steaks and Roasts.

We are committed to sustainable practices. We raise Beef that we eat ourselves and are proud to serve to friends and Family. We feel most people try us because of the safe methods we use and keeps coming back because of the great Flavor and Tenderness.

Our Beef is USDA inspected and Processed.

You will find us at various Farmers Markets during the season including Pasco, Richland, Pendleton and Hermiston. In the offseason, people can contact us for delivery schedule. We have a number of outlets in the Portland Oregon Area as well. We deliver to Portland almost weekly.

We Wholesale any cut from a Beef and often entire sides of Beef. Buying Clubs in the Portland Area take advantage of this.

We also sell Pepper Sticks and Jerky.
