Ridenour Ranch / Meadow Maid Foods, LLC

Ridenour Ranch, our family-owned and operated ranch, is located in the heart of Wyoming farm and ranch country, and produces the 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef sold by Meadow Maid Foods. We sell custom beef (beef shares) directly through our website. Jodar Farms in Fort Collins, CO sells our individual beef cuts for us. We do not ship beef.

Animals that become Meadow Maid Foods grassfed beef are born, raised, and finished on pasture, and are never fed grains, nor treated with growth promoting hormones, steroids, or pesticides. Pastures are maintained by sustainable agriculture methods - no herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used. Grassfed beef is processed at a small, custom USDA-inspected facility in Kersey, CO and is dry-aged for tenderness.

Please note: Usually, our beef animals are never treated with antibiotics, or if they are, they are removed from our Meadow Maid Foods program. However, due to an outbreak of dust pneumonia in October, 2024, all Meadow Maid Foods beef animals to be harvested in 2026 were treated with antibiotics in October, 2024.
