Riley's Ranch

Riley's Ranch is a 175 acre family farm located in Carthage, North Carolina, 1 hour south of Raleigh. Our current stock consists of pasture raised Shorthorn and Black Angus cattle, Jade Green and India Blue Peacocks, and free range heritage chickens. Nestled in the beautiful Sandhills of NC, our heritage breed animals are treated with respect and the best of care, and are never forced to live in crowded or unsanitary conditions. We are passionate about providing the healthiest environment possible for our animals, using principles of sustainable farming. We add no hormones or antibiotics and allow our animals to range freely on pasture and woodlands with access to fresh spring water. Only old fashioned, organic methods are practiced at this farm: no chemicals on Bermuda pasture, no antibiotics. Just naturally healthy and happy animals who have lived a good life as God intended in the care of family farmers who have loved and cared for them from the day they were born. Pasture raised beef for sale by quarters or halves at Riley's Ranch in April of 2019! Taking reservation orders and deposits now. Hanging weight cost is paid to Riley's Ranch and processing fee is paid to processor. You will work directly with processor to customize your cuts as you wish. We sell fresh eggs from our pastured heritage chickens from breeds including Buckeye, Wyandotte, Welsummer, Marans, Rhode Island Red and Barred Rock. Our chickens have freedom to peck, scratch and dust-bathe to their heart's content just as God intended, producing delicious and healthy food that cannot be found in a commercial grocery store.
