We carefully select each animal on the farm where it was raised, and in doing so, we believe that are ours is some of the most tender, juicy and flavorful beef that you have ever tasted. All Kettle Range meat animals are slaughtered under careful supervision at small, family-owned Midwestern slaughter houses under USDA supervision. Processing and packing is done by hand at a USDA-inspected processing facility. In other words, we are deeply involved in the procurement, handling, and processing of the animals that we are honored to provide our customers and their families.
