Abbott Organics is an organic Heirloom garlic farm and gourmet salt company. We specialize in garlic infused salts. Most garlic/salt products are simply dehydrated powdered garlic mixed with salt. We fresh press our garlic, then infuse it into gourmet salt. In this way, the distinct and unique flavor of Heirloom garlic is preserved within each salt granule.
