Nine Mile Farm is a small Farmstead run and managed by Jack and Dorothy Spirko with the assistance of their dogs Charlie and Max. We specialize in pastured duck eggs. Our birds are fed on free range forage and Texas Naturals Feed which is 100% GMO and Soy free.
Our Farmstead is 3 acres in size and we are currently establishing multiple food forests, a small nursery along with other sustainable features. Our goal is to provide fresh local food and plants to our community.
In addition to this we run several educational events each year on various aspects of homesteading, permaculture and sustainable food production.
To get in touch with us just use our site at www.ninemile.farm or just dial toll free 866-821-FARM and let us know how we can help you.
Jack and Dorthy are very nice and helpful. Their duck eggs taste amazing, especially if you like a runny yolk. I even tried their quail eggs which are equally amazing.... [more]
We sell our duck eggs for $7.50 a dozen. 50 cents of that is a deposit on the egg carton, so if you come back for more and bring the carton back they are 7 dollars, we do this to conserve costs and reduce waste.
Let us warn you, try duck eggs and you may never buy a chicken egg again.
We ask that you call to 866-821-FARM to confirm that we currently have eggs available and set up a time to pick them up. We sell direct to the consumer and to restaurant chefs only.
