Urban farmers market with farmers/growers, crafts vendors and specialty food vendors. The market is a weekly Sunday farmers market with hours of 12 am - 4 pm. Market runs from June through October with a special November holiday market. Other occasional special market days. New for 2026 is a Mother's Day Market.
Monthly Power of Produce (POP) Club for kids age 5 through 12 with activities, FREE shopping bag and FREE $6.00 vouchers for fresh fruits & vegetables.

Its really a nice feeling to bring country(farming) into a city. Everything is so business oriented, but seeing farming goods being sold like a fruit and vegetable stand is a nice change of scenery!
ACTUALLY MY LOCAL MARKET IS NOT ON HERE AND THIS IS THE NEXT CLOSET TO MY HOME, I SUPPORT WYANDOTTE FARMERS MARKET, WHO INCORPORATES ALL THE LOCAL BUSINESSES AND A WINE CRAWL AND FREE TROLLEY AND CARRIAGE RIDES EVERY OTHER FRIDAY- ITS WONDERFUL.
The only thing I did not like about this farmers' market is that I did not find out about it until its final two week ends. It was a treasure to have fresh local fruit and veggies available in the Downriver community. I'll miss you this winter.
