RizhoMushrooms is a privately designed and engineered mushroom farm. The dream of this farm has developed over time, fueled by a love of Mycology and agricultural. Tim Shepherd, owner and CEO of RizhoMushrooms, has always been an avid gardener. With a desire to create more diversity in his skill set, he began his journey with fungi. Previously an engineer, he was able to quickly develop his own equipment that were needed in the trade.
His passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility grew with each new success. He has altered his methods to decrease waste products, and increase yield, while never sacrificing the beauty of each new crop.

By using natural, sustainable ingredients, RizhoMushrooms is dedicated to creating many varieties of gourmet mushrooms to cater to each individual needs. RizhoMushrooms is a humble, local organization that is hoping to bring you into the magic that is mushroom farming, one bite at a time.
