Our family has been processing beef for about 25 years. We have continually strived to produce "better beef", and today, we believe we have some of the tastiest, most healthy beef available. In 2004, we purchased a registered Angus herd. We have been breeding Angus cattle with high quality registered Angus bulls. We have now acquired a bull that rated in the top 1% for marbling of all animals in the registered Angus breed. We are excited about what he will produce! We have Delicious 100% GRASS-FED Angus Beef raised from our cows only and grown and finished on our property. We use NO PESTICIDES, NO HERBICIDES, NO HORMONES, NO ANTIBIOTICS, EVER! There is security in not only knowing where your beef comes from, but what it is EXACTLY. We process only calves and not old cows to insure a quality product. It is aged for approximately 14 days, vacuum packed, then quickly frozen. We then can deliver directly to the consumer. We are offering approximately 25lb packages consisting of bone-in rib stk, T-bone, sirloin, roasts, and ground meat at $8/lb. This gives our customers an opportunity to enjoy high quality steaks along with tasty roasts and ground meat. We offer a discount on 1/2 or whole calf orders. Our goal is to produce the most healthy beef possible and an experience that will make your taste buds dance every time you think of it.
