Bison meat is available by the cut - piece, 1/4, 1/2 or sample assortment boxes ( aprox. 20 lbs) We also make the Best Bison Burger! Federally inspected, 25 - 6 oz burgers in a case. Easy to ship.
Most of buisness is repeat customers. All bison are butchered at 2 yrs old and are grain fed for 100 days before slaughter.
