Mount Vernon Farmers Market

A seasonal, open-air market in Mount Vernon, Texas which is open every 1st and 3rd Saturday morning from 8am - 12pm, May through September, which brings local farmers and producers together with the community to provide fresh, regionally-grown and produced items. Our Farmers' Market event is located at little creek park. Features an expanded market that includes additional artisan and food vendors, live entertainment and family-friendly activities. Many downtown businesses offer specials for market shoppers, you might see a local organization featuring a fundraiser, and our historic museums are open with free admission. After shopping at the market, take some time to visit the nearby specialty shops and restaurants in our downtown Plaza District. Our market is a venue to build community bonds and a way to discover the health and economic benefits of growing, buying and eating local. We hope to see you this season!
