Rocky Maple Garlic Farm

We are a small, local farm growing German White Garlic. While our farm is not certified organic, we use no pesticides and organic, natural fertilizers. Each growing season, we choose the largest bulbs to replant. Our harvest this season (2015) is a nice crop with plump, fairly uniform cloves. German White Garlic is a great variety to cook with because of its moderate flavor. It's also great for roasting due to its large cloves. Delicious!
