Jefferson City, mo

We raise honey bees.  Sorry, we no longer have the pigs or chickens.  We fell in love with Ecuador and bought a cacao and coffee farm there.  We had to sell the livestock farm here.  I sure miss my four-legged babies but am enjoying our new adventure.

I now make bean to bar dark chocolate with the cacao from our farm in Ecuador.  There is no dairy products in our chocolates.  I use organic coconut sugar as the sweetener.

I also roast and grind coffee.  We prefer to use the coffee from our farm but don't always have enough.

We sell raw wildflower honey. It is only filtered once through a stainless steel screen to keep out wax. We don't add water or corn syrup! Our honey is not pasteurized! We don't use "chemicals" in our hives or on the farm.

Our products are available at the Marshfield and Route 66 Farmer's Markets or here at the farm. Give us a call if you would like to come to the farm.
