Rose Oak Beef is a beef cattle farm located in South Eastern Maries County, just North of Rolla and St. James Missouri. Our beef is raised and finished on forages only through our management intensive grazing system. Our herd consists of primarily British white genetics which is a rare breed known for marbling on grass. Using different grazing techniques to raise our beef and conserve the land are what set us apart. We sell by the cut, 1/4, 1/2, or whole!
