Roots Chocolates was launched with the intent of using as many local Wisconsin ingredients including products from the Roots Chocolates farm to create our chocolates and confections. We believe that using products from our farm, foraged ingredients and locally sourced products create unique flavor profiles in our confections. Our chocolates are REAL. You will not find preservatives nor high fructose corn syrup in our products. We scavage the world for the best chocolate to pair with the honey from our farm, fruits from our orchard and herbs from our farm garden as well as locally sourced butter and cream.
