The season starts with spring shares including sprout mixtures, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, rhubarb, Jerusalem artichokes, green onions and garlic, mint, parsley and chives, plus other treats from the farm like jams, jellies, agricultural-based soaps and lip balm.
The first shares are lighter and focused on salad ingredients.
As the season progresses, we head into strawberries, snap peas, cabbage, broccoli, lettuce blends, onions, corn, tomatoes, cukes, beans, squash, potatoes and much, much more.
We grow over 200 varieties of fruits and vegetables on the farm. We aim for mainly typical fruits and vegetables but love to expand your dietary horizons with special treats like choi, celeriac, kale and other less common vegetables.
We offer canning classes to help you learn to preserve the extra bounty! And weekly newsletters are full of information about the farm, how to use your vegetables, recipes, and more.
