Full Cow- This will get you the best overall average price per pound, and with our competitive pricing, you will find it LESS than what you would pay at the store if you were to buy all of that meat at one time. You might consider trying to organize your own CowShare group and purchase a cow together to save extra money.

Half Cow- All the quality and safety of buying Grass-Fed Beef, for less than the price you would pay at the supermarket.

1/4 Cow- You'll find our prices very competitive. Even our smaller CowShares are still less than you'd pay for grass-fed beef anywhere else.

The CowShare concept allows you to own all or a portion of a cow - our farm only acts as the custodian.
This not only gets you a better quality product, but also at a cheaper price, reducing processing costs and other overhead.
When you own the cow, then you are not required to have it processed USDA, which means having a USDA inspector watching the processing which adds to the overall cost.

Please note: the processors we use are state inspected facilities, regardless.
