We actually provide a CSB: Community Supported Beef. We allow each member to send us an email with the cuts of beef they wish to order that month. If members do not provide a specific order, we utilize their "default" order to provide their portion of beef for that month's delivery. We have recently added door to door delivery as an option at $3 per member; all have taken advantage of this service.

Our all natural beef is free of growth hormones and antibiotics. It is raised on our herbicide-free fields that are fertilized only with natural fertilizers (poultry litter) and limed with natural lime. Because we intensely manage the fields, we have had a year when neither lime nor fertilizer was required! "Sustainable" is, indeed, achievable!
