Royer Farm Fresh Beef, Lamb and Pork is dedicated to raising natural, tender, flavorful meats on our 150 year-old Vermillion county family farm.
To bring you the highest-quality meat, we raise all the cattle, sheep, hogs and chickens on pasture and use no hormones or routine antibiotics. In addition, we strive to be good stewards of the soil and water so the livestock, wildlife, our family and our neighbors will have a clean and healthy place to live.
The meat is cut and packaged by family-owned, health-inspected butcher shops. Discounted volume packages of 1/2 and whole pastured hogs or grassfed lambs and 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and whole grassfed beef plus bulk chicken packages are available. In limited amounts we have beef (steaks, roasts, ground beef), pork (chops, roasts, ground pork, sausage, bacon, hams) and lamb (chops, racks, legs, ground lamb, stew, shanks, bratwurst, Italian sausage) for sale. We sell pastured-raised chicken as whole, cut-up or in pieces.
Products are sold at the on-farm store (12781 South State Road 63 Clinton, IN), White Violet Farm Store (on the campus of St. Mary-of-the-Woods college). We also have monthly pick up spots in Terre Haute and Indianapolis area.
