Buckaroo Beef and Beans is a southeastern Idaho ranch raising all-natural grass fed. grain finished beef. Our beef is from calves we raise ourselves. We use no hormones, antibiotics or feed additives and source all our feed locally. Our cattle are treated humanely and respectfully, using low stress stockmanship methods. We also sell and fresh roasted coffee.

We bought some ground beef a few months ago and have been very happy with it! The service was also great and we will definitely be buying more in the future.
Buckaroo Beef is a small, locally owned ranch with a passion for raising the tastiest all-natural beef in Southeastern Idaho. We do not use hormone implants, ionophores, antibiotics, or spray our pastures with pesticides. Our cattle are raised on grass and locally grown hay and finished on locally sourced sourced corn and barley for 90-120 days. Most of our cattle are about 18 months of age and between 1100-1200 lbs when they are processed, ensuring the meat is very tender and marbled perfectly. The cattle are processed at a local USDA inspected facility, where it is dry aged a minimum of 21 days and then vacuumed packed, not placed in freezer paper. We also sell fresh roasted coffee
