Narrow Gate Farm

We are a small family farm specializing in pasture-raised poultry and grass fed and finished lamb. We practice regenerative farming methods, using our animals to improve the quality of our soil and the health of the environment.

Our chickens move onto pasture at around three weeks old and move to fresh ground daily. This gives them free access to all the grass, legumes and insects they can eat. That combined with unlimited sunshine and fresh water makes them far more nutritious for your family. Our birds diet is supplemented with locally sourced Non-GMO feed. Our birds are always antibiotic and hormone free.

We raise Katahdin sheep, which are a hair breed, meaning that they shed their coats yearly. This trait along with their natural parasite resistance makes them perfectly suited for the hot and humid Georgia climate. We plan our lambing season so all new lambs are born in the spring when the grass is at its best. Our flock is moved daily around the farm, which encourages grass growth, and allows the pasture to rest between grazing. Our lamb is all grass fed and finished.
