Hey there! We're Jeff & Tina, and with our son Wyatt, we own and operate the Rocking V Ranch located near the small town of Crescent, Oklahoma. We are USAF Veterans and first generation ranchers focused on giving our Texas Longhorn cattle their best lives and our customers the best beef available.

One way we ensure RVR Longhorn Beef is the best is through DNA testing. All of our cattle are tested for tenderness and other genetic traits that inform breeding and processing decisions resulting in overall improved herd quality.
