We don't use any herbicides or pesticides. No flavor additives. The best quality herbs make the best tisanes.
We grow herbs on about 20 acres. All the plants are dried, processed and packaged on our farm to maintain the highest quality possible.

We grow our herbs in poly-cultures in biologically active soils. Minimal fertilizer and irrigation makes heartier, more potent herbs. We wild harvest 1/4 of our production.
We dry our herbs at low temperatures and process by hand and with custom built machines to produce dry herbs of uncommon quality.
We grow and dry what we can each year and sell it fresh. When the season's harvest is sold out, you'll have to wait for the next one.
