Bent Fox Farm

We raise heritage breed hogs: Registered Tamworths and Mangalitsas. They are raised on rotation throughout the forest and supplemented on non-gmo, non-soy, locally milled feed in addition to dent corn, pumpkins, melons, and apples we grow here on the farm. We offer whole and half pork shares as well as breeding stock and feeder pigs.

We offer eggs by the dozen or subscription. Our chickens are fed non-gmo and non-soy feed. They graze and benefit from our vegetable garden. They have huge runs with over 10 square feet of run space per chicken.

We also offer a vegetable CSA. We do not use any chemicals. Our seeds are collected from our own farm or purchased from Baker Creek Heirloom and Southern Exposure Seed Exchange.

At Bent Fox Farms we believe it?s our responsibility to care for the land, the animals, and our customers with the same attention and diligence with which we care for ourselves. We address and meet each animal?s needs on a daily basis as we believe herd health begins with the individual?s health. We hold dear the mutually beneficial animal-to-human bond and make a consistent effort to deepen it. Our animals are not just on this earth to feed our bodies and our customers. Their quality of life is paramount and critical to a producing the best-tasting, most nutritious meat and egg for our share customers and the highest quality stock for our piglet buyers.
