CSA: Salt of the Earth Farm

The large share includes 2 chickens, two packs of leg thigh quarters, 2 lbs of grassfed ground beef, and one beef roast per month, plus a turkey or duck for the holiday of your choice. The small share includes one chicken, one pack of leg thigh quarters, 2 lbs of grassfed ground beef and one beef roast per month, plus a turkey or duck .

For both the small and large share, the chicken may be whole, cut up, or ground, and the meat may be fresh or frozen.

The program runs year round and the meat is delivered to your door once per month. Delivery charges are included in the CSA payment.

We ask for the first and last month's payment up front. If you decide to end your subscription before the year is up, that is fine, you just lose your last month's payment and your holiday bird.
