The new San Carlos Farmers' Market will open Sunday, June 5th from 10 am to 2 pm and continue weekly every Sunday, year-round. The Farmers' Market features organic and locally grown fruits, veggies, flowers and much more. 3,000+ people come downtown every Sunday from 10-2 to shop, meet friends, dine and listen to a local band playing in the Downtown Park. Most restaurants have outdoor dining for your enjoyment and the stores in our charming downtown are open for your shopping pleasure.
Our market won the San Mateo County Convention and Visitors' Bureau "As Fresh As It Gets" award and has received great press because of the crowds and all the festivities. The Chamber features "Merchant at the Market" booths every week to allow a chance for local businesses to showcase their products and services.
Please come and see for yourself. Sundays, 10 am to 2 pm, year-round.
It's been couple of times I've visited the San Carlos Farmer's market and very happy with the available variety of fruits and veggies.
Products and Crops
In addition to locally farmed produce and flowers, gourmet and specialty foods, there will be cooking demonstrations, local artists, live music, craft beer and premium wines. Many downtown stores and restaurants will be open, and there will be a variety of family-friendly activities for everyone to enjoy.
