Premium Star is a small family group that started with just a few chicken to supply the storefront for the farm. While the numbers of our chickens continued to increase, so did our knowledge, like how to make them the happiest, what practices help make better eggs. We learned that organic practices are great, but we found ways to make it better. We have provided our hens with 3x the average area to forage, place to eat, and 3x the space for the hens to roost and sleep. We believe that these practices are what give our products the highest quality of eggs possible.
