Specialties of the season include tree-ripened peaches, nectarines, pluots, melons, grapes and sweet strawberries. You can also find a wide variety of vegetables (including Organic & Asian), as well as cheeses, grass fed beef, and fresh baked breads. The farmers bring their best produce. The market allows small producers and the farmers do not have to participate every week. This is plus because most of the farmers only sell one or two items.

We like the Los Altos farmers market because it's a great place to meet friends in our community and visit other businesses in town. I highly recommend it as a fun, family-oriented farmers market and a good excuse to get out of the house on a Thursday evening!
It is a wonderful mix of fresh produce, artisinal products, hand-crafted items, and tasty prepared food items to sample and eat on the premises.
